Mint cools and soothes, Brahmi brings focus, Cajeput aids in relieving congestion and swollen passages, while Naiouli is antimicrobial in nature. Nasya is a part of the Ayurvedic cleansing treatment Panchakarma. By using this oil, a barrier is formed that prevents contact with possible allergens and germs.
