In this initial attunement, you will learn the history of Reiki, what it is, and isn't. We will work with the Chakra system, the 7 layers of the energetic body, hand positions for self and others, practical applications, "healing", and feeling. You will be attuned four times, have assignments, receive manual, & IARP certificate.

Embark on a joyous journey with me! During these four special days and nights, you will acquire an in-depth understanding of yoga and mindfulness as it relates to children, and an appreciation of developmental and behavioural needs of children pre-school through elementary. Upon completion you will be able to teach thematic yoga classes that are fun, safe, and tailored specifically to ages 3-10.

Upon completion you may choose to enroll in Level 2, Apprenticeship and become employed w/ Yogachild
